Website not Loading

I'm having issues with my account again.
My website http://www.pwnagetime.net/ is loading very very slow again. Sometimes so slow that the code doesn't get executed and I get errors such as:

Fatal error: Call to a member function FetchRow() on a non-object in /home/vxdesign/public_html/index.php on line 570

I thought it might get fixed in a few days, but it's been like this for a week. I know that it's not my internet because all other websites load very fast for me. Just my own website is loading very slow.

Admins please look into this. Thanks!

Now the website has stopped loading altogether. I'm getting HTTP500 error codes.
