I went to access my account (lforches) and noticed that my entire website and account has been deleted without warning. I want to know why this is. My account was not suspended.

Hi awtechno, are you sure the whole site has actually been deleted; it might have just been an error. Because it has happened before, there weren't any files in cpanel. Log out and then log back in to cpanel and check if your files have returned. Otherwise, contact support or wait for a staff member to reply.

Thank You

My whole account (lforches) has been deleted. When I login it says the account doesn't exist.

The account was suspended for inactivity on July 21st, and terminated as inactive on August 4th

I'm afraid not. Once the account is terminated, it is deleted along with the files.

We require that every user on free hosting logs in at least once every month. If a user forgets to do this, we suspend the account for a couple of weeks before the account is actually terminated. Unfortunately, your account went through the full cycle, and has been deleted.

As your account is now deleted, please feel free to create a new account, and restore any backups you may have.

Thank you,

We do not offer a backup service through cPanel, as that is part of our premium plans.

As per Section 6 of the Terms of Service you read and agreed to when you signed up, backups are the customers responsibility on free hosting and not x10Hosting's.

Thank you,
