What am I doing wrong here? FTP setup

Okay, I've got to admit, sometimes, I am a bit blonde, but....

My setup looks like this:

Server Address: ftp.robertajean.pcriot.com

Log-in/user name: robertaj@robertajean.pcriot.com

Password: *************** (I put in the right password)

Port: 21

Initial Directory: /public_html

Can you help me find/figure out what I did wrong? Thanks!!

your username is your cpanel username only
