What is happening? Please restore my free hosting

I started off this account at the beginning of the year for my wife and to begin with things were going well. Over the last few months however things have gone awry. In fairness to x10hosting, the support is prompt however my wife is now without a website.

1. My account keeps getting suspended - reason given is that I have not been logging into the forum - this is not true.
2. Website inaccessible due to moves and changes - acceptable to a point but not for 1.5 months.
3. Can't create a support ticket because of where my account is being hosted.
4. It appears I have lost my website/free hosting associated with this account.

Please restore my free hosting.

It seems like you have no hosting account linked, what is your cPanel username?

*Note to staff* The account was suspended at the beginning of august for inactivity. The user was unable to post support requests via the account panel or the forums, got an error about not being able to post support under this server. Can an admin please check if there is a backup of the account as it has now been terminated.
