My dream job is to own a "modern day video arcade/bar". Not for arcade games or LAN parties so much but console games with wireless controllers to be played at your table and the option to plan LAN games on particular nights and have competitions for $$. Plus, be a "after hours" bar also so it can remain open until like 6am.

I'd be a fast jet pilot of course! Maybe a display pilot. Or a search and rescue pilot (would be helis)

Also, I always wanted to run a cocktail bar.

I've been lucky enough to present my own radio show (which was awesome), and be in a rock band, either of which I'd say are dream jobs for me. Alas neither exist now.

Maybe I have too many dreams...

Let me be the weirdo here...
I find my career in business and law, maybe a real estate or corporate lawyer. Also, coding web sites or games would not be bad at all, it's just I think it might get very monotonous.
I get headaches from coding for a long time. Basically I hate coding, and I take pride in what I produce. If what I produce is 2 or 3 years away from being completed, not as exciting for me.

I think it will be more exciting when I learn a bit more about C++, then I can make desktop apps.

ooh I don't think you'll find much fun in c++, it's far too serious a language. You can't just make a quick game or something, you have to plan out classes and whatnot and do loads of debugging, waiting years for it to compile, messing around with libraries etc. No, it's not fun.

I'd stick to the mickey mouse languages if I were you - flash, html, php - these are easy for scripting and intuitive. You don't have to worry about whether something is a pointer to a character or a string etc. They just work.

Restaurants, hotels, cafe's....in touristic areas...generating a great amount of residual income for myself and maybe even our children.

Business I want to run the most, though is my own casino...(I don't gamble with money, I gamble with businesses...if you know what I mean).
