oh it wasted my a lot of bandwidth.I have only 1 GB download limit per month.

I think thats easily one of the dumbest things the internet companies have ever done.

How can you set a limit to somebodies online activity or downloading?

Speeds vary from where you test it to. I usually get 600 kB/s download speed, and 100 kB/s upload speed. I used to get like 240 kB/s download, and 60 kB/s upload, but it suddenly went up.. I'm not complaining
