Starka has been moved and no longer exists. They are still doing some fine tuning and tweaking to improve the service this week, however.

Depending on the error you are getting you may need to open a support ticket. Be aware though that if you do open a ticket Support is overwhelmed and it might take them some time to get to your ticket: do not create multiple tickets, do not bump an existing ticket, or you risk being assisted last and even being banned from support.

Do be patient and the issues will be resolved

You'll need to submit a ticket, please include your cpanel name as well, your link between forum and hosting account seem to be broken.
