Where did my account go?

My account seems to have disappeared. I can only log into forums and support, the system says my username is not linked to a hosted account. Also when I go to my hosted URL "ericbrennan.com" or any of its subdomains "mail.ericbrennan.com" they are also inactive. I don't know if/why my account is suspended and need it active ASAP. Thank you.

This is the new support system. It's a 2 level support system designed to benefit the most users and the community.

Since you said that the system told you that your username is not linked to a hosted account, then you must register for a new hosting account (you can keep your current forum account).

This is generally caused by not logging in each 2 weeks on the forums. I recommend reading http://fmimh.co.cc/x10Inactivity/#2 for more information.

Your hosting account isn't linked. Which means it was probably terminated due to inactivity.

Is that actually an accepted term? Something is "gay" because you didn't read the Terms of Service? "Gay" doesn't even mean what it originally meant. It's not something to say that it's "stupid". Gay, nowadays means "Homosexual", so you're calling a company gay... didn't know inanimate objects had sexual orientations...

If you know what your cPanel name was I could check what has happened. blackjesuz can not be your cPanel name as it has to many chars.

According to the AIP, it seems like his cPanel username was ebdc.

Gay, nowadays means "Homosexual", so you're calling a company gay... didn't know inanimate objects had sexual orientations...

Well my english teacher once told use that he'd like to have a sexual relationship with a table (both the word and the object)... it could be the same thing for this guy.
