where did my hosting account go?

I have (had?) a free hosting account (lrs.x10hosting.com). When the server transfers began back in June, my account was suspended to accommodate this. In July, I opened a ticket, as I was instructed by the account panel suspension page, to have my account restored. I was told that I was being put in the queue and the thread was closed.

And then I waited. Nothing was fixed. My account was not restored.

Now, when I log in on the main page, I am told that I have no hosting account, only a forum account. And if I try to open a support ticket from the account panel, I am told that I can't, because support is closed for the server that I am on.

What happened to my account? I have seen no news explaining this, or why my account was never restored. Nor have I received any notification by email.

Did you remember what was your cPanel username?

I am not able to found any account with that cPanel username or domain. Probably your account got terminated for inactivity. You are welcome to signup again.
