Where i can request webhosting ?

I'm from algeria and i can't create a free webhosting because my country is blocked in x10hosting
How i can request ?

Unfortunately at this time we cannot bypass the country restrictions; even if we did, the other protection systems in place would block the login from happening due to it being from a country not in the whitelist. The best we can recommend is to check back in the future to see if Algeria is unrestricted, however we have no expected ETA for when that may be.

What about if u create a hosting manuel and i login in cpanel from vpn!

No, we do not allow customers to bypass our country restrictions, even through the use of VPNs or proxies. Our login systems check for this too.

It is back when it is, there's no set date as to when it could possibly happen. We review the lists periodically (though not on any set dates as far as I know), and decision for what countries to include or exclude is made during that review.

As @Dead-i said, they cannot help you bypass the country restriction. All you can do is wait for it to show up on the list at some point.
