Which countries are approved in South America for x10?

I will be in South America. I will be in Brazil, Peru, Argentina and Uruguay.
Which of these countries if any is it okay to access x10 from?

No South American countries are on the list I just looked at. If you are going to be out of the country for an extended amount of time, the only option to keep from be suspended and canceled might be to move your site to "Premium".

there is no list of countries that we can "access" x10hosting from - there is a list of countries where you can open a free-hosting account from - which the OP has

Can anyone of you please clarify where/if an account can be accessed outside of being accessed from within the country it was registered in?

Unfortunately the control panel would automatically block sign-ins originating from countries other than where it was signed up from, and we don't have a way of bypassing this system at this time. If you have any issues with your hosting account while you are away, I would definitely drop an email to support[@]x10hosting.com.
