white box

Dear stuff,
I`ve recently registered a new free hosting plan , uploaded my website files , it worked well in the 1st day , but I navigated to my site today and found a small white box in the top left on every page in the site ...
so plz what is it , and how can I fix it ?

says the account is suspended when browsing, but it's not our suspension page so it's probably suspended co.cc as well as by us.

Considering the reason, there will be no unsuspension option available and the account will be terminated in due time.

I dont know any thing about ths virri and malware , I only uploaded my wordpress blog and a plugin called cforms ...
thats all !!!!

I swear I dont know any thing about what u wrote about malware distributing !!!

ths blog is my faculty project and it`ll be reviewed by my teachers two days later , so pleaase unsuspend it !!!

x10 have a zero tolerance policy against this sort of content....and plus-it's not even suspended by x10, so there really is nothing that can be done.

Staff here will not unsuspend your account-but that doesn't matter anyway-as it has not been suspended by x10.

Maybe someone should look into what happened.
We had someone here be the victim of an iframe injection virus awhile back.

Also, does it make any sense that he would come here and ask for help to fix the problem?

the account is suspended by us as well, though the suspension page is not ours which leads me to think that co.cc suspended his domain too.

That is an x10Hosting suspended account page, temporarily with a different look until cPanel sorts themselves out.

You should help him try and fix the problem... If he honestly isn't trying to distribute virii and malware then he could be a victim... Why don't you specifically tell him the file which has the issue in and unsuspend it so he can fix it?

I honestly though that suspension page wasn't ours, hence something we could not sort.

Also I don't think unsuspending an account with virus infected files are a good idea, as that would put others at risk of getting infected.

However I will escalate this into ticket area to be dealt with by admins..

Thanks for saying what we should and should not be doing.

Maybe, just maybe, it was suspended to prevent further infection. Maybe he is honestly trying to distribute malware and virii. Can you honestly say that he wasn't, after just reading the first post?
