Approx what is the "Reverse Proxy server timeout" going to limit it to? Nowhere near 360secs I guess? You know roughly how the m2e plugin works, right? It drags hundreds of ebay/amazon listings down via api so they can populate as magento products.... It's not something you need to do every day...

Thanks for your reply, but the issue was the theme switcher isn't working, as said by others on other threads. Since it did the same action when I tried to switch and when I went to the link I thought maybe it could be the same error.... Thanks for switching me to x3. You should have this on...

Well it's been my issue for a while now. LOL

I need to access x3 because I want to use the crontab feature which seems not to be accessible from basic. Admin told me to use the button. I am glad I am not alone in that the switch theme button doesn't work! It just forwards to sign in, I sign in then it sends me back to basic. :banghead:

Interesting. If I click to sign up, e.g the 41c plan, it just forwards me to https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/main and then asks me to log in, I log in and then it sends me to the basic theme view. No invitation to sign up. Is this because I am stuck on basic theme. I really need admin to put me...

I think maybe you are on "basic" theme with "my websites". If you try to change theme onto x3 theme (button top right next to logout) what happens? Do you see it then? I can't get onto x3 but if you can maybe you can see your site?

It seems you are again because I tried the button and it doesn't switch me, just sends me back to basic. I am using Chrome, like half the planet and I dn't use betas so hopefully isn't a browser issue. Cheers

Have obviously tried that and it is just forwarding me to log in and then I see the basic theme. Can you switch me over to x3 your side. I didn't even know there was an x3 until I searched the forum! Never seen it and can't switch to it from my side.

THe sign up links for each of the accounts don't work for me and I have never seen the 41c or $1 options before so I am guessing (hoping) this is old.
