Do you see your files? Do you get an 503 error on your site?

so - given that no response has mentioned error 503 and all have mentioned error 404 -- I think you got the answer to the question you asked.

    MySQL databases not there anymore?

Thank you very much for the prompt attention. I'm sorry for expressing my frustration but it seems every time I try to access X10 there is something else stopping or delaying me from doing what I came there for. I'm not "immediately" looking for another service -- I'm doing so after several...

    MySQL databases not there anymore?

Seems both of my mySQL databases are no longer available. System says they are there but checks tell me they aren't and I'm not able to log into phpMySQL. I know it's free, but now it's costing me in lost time and productivity. I'm almost done with X10 -- looking for another service...

    Can't Access "Account Settings"

Thanks essellar, Makes sense now that I look at it that way. So I guess there isn't really any way to view account details for free accounts then. I'm thinking about what to do if my account times out for not having accessed the forums in the past month.

    Can't Access "Account Settings"

That URL takes me to cPanel. At top of the cPanel page is a link to "Account Settings". That takes me to another login screen and this is where the login fails silently and where there is no opportunity to recover password. Cheers.

    Can't Access "Account Settings"

When I input a known bad password the form gives me and obvious error message. When I use what I believe is the correct password the login fails silently. No way from that form to recover from a lost password either...

    Can't delete a directory

Never mind ... it was a permissions problem on a higher level directory. Fixed.

    Can't delete a directory

For some reason I can't get rid of a couple files deep in a directory, which is probably why that whole tree won't delete. Any effort to delete them seems to work, then they just come back. Although this isn't a critical issue, it is kind of annoying.

    No access to account info?

I seem to have access to CPanel and to forums but have lost access to my X10 account info. The URL https://x10hosting.com/control/ used to take me there, now it only takes me to the CPanel.

cPanel "Saving File" popup won't disappear.

Confirming this experience. Has been happening for me for a while now in Chrome. Not sure about other browsers. Because the save happens anyway I haven't worried about it.
