    If you look below, lots of people are having this issue. It's probably due to the maintenance on the server. Check the service updates at the top of the forum which will tell you when you need to submit a support ticket and when to just wait it out.

    Friend, i was trying to copy my files so that I could back them up, as this outage is worrying me a litle now, but Filezilla says it can't connect with the server, so I'm guessing this is part of the problem.

    Click on the top topic on the forum 'open support ticket' - this should take you to your own account portal, which will have another button saying 'support' with a menu item 'create ticket' - click that. Hope that helps.
