Could this be escalated to a admin that can help please? This is my first offense and I was not aware I was breaking any rule by simply keeping it there.

That solves the ftp issue. I was unaware of a change. Now the only issues are the untrue suspension on the report and the domain available message instead of my content.

I am able to use phpmyadmin still, my mysql databases seam intact. But thats all thats left. Edit: This is very strange, I just checked again and my files are back, but the site still says domain available, and I still cant use ftp.

It seams I can finnially log into my cpanel now, but in its file manager my data is missing. Also I can not log into any ftp account, the username is accepted but the password is not.

After the password change left pending status I attempted to login again on both cpanel and with my ftp client, both still give the same errors. Edit: Also there is no suspension listed.
