Because I get a blank page when I try to access the admin section. I manually installed and used the quick application installation tool available. Both have given same result. Any error should appear in the httpd logs. I should also mention even the access log is emtpy.

I see someone has posted a similar thread a few days ago, without response. There are NO error logs showing up and I need to troubleshoot my PHP script to see what is going on.

Would some of these errors include the web interfaces to mySQL located in cPanel? They either take a long time to come up, or just fail.

I was not aware one could do that as it seems to be ghosted/grayed out. However, that did work. Thanks!

Hello. I seemed to have violated the inactivity policy and attempted to sign up again after seeing my account has been deleted, but I am greeted with a message of ""The email account you have supplied is not available." Thanks! Trent

Yes but when you try to sign up again the system reponds with "The email account you have supplied is not available." System bug.

Join the crowd! I am DONE with this freaking nothing but a headache"service!" I have been with it only a short time. Why in the heck am I going to pay for an "upgrade" when the basic service does not even work properly? See ya!
