    Suspension appeal form errors out

x10 has obviously been the subject of hacks recently because this is the third account I know of that's been shut down due to "bad files". The security here is weak apparently and x10 should do more to protect legit users but that aside, the process to appeal is now broken. When I click to open...

    Disable Varnish Cache

A year late - but just confirming you changed the expiry date in the above? So: <filesMatch "\.(html|htm|js|css)$"> FileETag None <ifModule mod_headers.c> Header unset ETag Header set Cache-Control "max-age=0, no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate" Header set Pragma "no-cache" Header set Expires...

    Prime upgrade: where is it?

Thanks - I did read something about a plan revision but I would expect the existing plans to continue until the new ones are ready. Guess not!

    Prime upgrade: where is it?

There's apparently no longer a way to renew or upgrade to Prime. That's fine, but there should be some sort of announcement or information about it being discontinued if that's the case. It seems odd to ignore people that want to pay for the service.

Saving WordPress posts not working - /wp-admin/post.php

When I save a change, redirected to the url in title (page not found) and nothing is saved. Deactivated all plug ins Switched to default theme Updated WP to 4.2.2 It appears to be a server issue. Was php updated recently?

    Web site temporarily disabled

Sharky - I'm just opening the site and within minutes I get the "disabled" page. Angus - yes, could be. I'll disable plug ins and see what happens.

    Web site temporarily disabled

This is getting tiresome - I visit the site once and immediately get locked out - 3 days in a row. I recently tested out some weather feeds which may be driving up resource usage, but if that's the case the quota needs to be increased.

Changes in ftp don't show up in cpanel file manager

Hey Corey - Thanks a bunch. Yes everything has been restored! I think the site owner panicked when the site went down due to the Illuminated move and deleted domains without realizing the implications.

Changes in ftp don't show up in cpanel file manager

Dead-i was looking earlier - since then both site installs have disappeared from the Illuminated server. They were supposedly moved a week or so ago which is what caused the problem.

Changes in ftp don't show up in cpanel file manager

Nope - now there's no public html directory or any sign of either site. This is turning into a disaster.

Changes in ftp don't show up in cpanel file manager

Thanks - can access cpanel again and see the domain is associated correctly. There's another site in a directory in the account that is working fine but dirinc.us just gets: "This website is temporarily unavailable, please try again later." Any other ideas what's wrong? this sub domain works so...

Changes in ftp don't show up in cpanel file manager

...and now there's a loop on cpanel. Log in, get the cpanel log in page which redirects back to the https://illuminated.x10hosting.com:2083/cpsessxxx page. Click change theme, cpanel log in etc. My guess is the association with domain names has been lost but not being able to get into cpanel, I...

Changes in ftp don't show up in cpanel file manager

Thanks for the quick response. I have come across the caching issue and did add code to the .htaccess file - not that exact code you mentioned but something that's worked for me before.

Changes in ftp don't show up in cpanel file manager

Trying to help a friend sort out a WordPress site outage. Weird issues; When I look at the themes folder via ftp, one theme is different from what shows in cpanel: FTP: theme 1, theme 2. File Manager: theme 1, theme 3 Changes I make in ftp don't show up in cpanel. I uploaded a default 2014 theme...

Reveal hidden files in cpanel file manager

Yep it's x04, and the new tab option didn't work. But when I switched to basic and then back to cpanel x3, the new tab options appends this to the url which does work: ?dir=public_html%2Fwp&showhidden=1
