It seems now I rarely could touch any files on my website. Once I did, I got a suspension with reason code SPND_RUSAGE3 I was tried to make a backup of my directory (using the cpanel->file manager->compress ) before removing a few files, and just got suspension again...

I have the same problem. Previously everything is good on x10hosting. But recently it seems something is changed, and there are more restrictions in resource usage.

Nope, I couldn't. This is the fourth time of suspension. It's still the "High CPU usage, or reach other resources limit". I'm not sure about the real problem yet...
