Did you upload the database into PhpmyAdmin in your cPanel? The database needs to be in your hosting account and implement from there.

I don't see an index page at url that you posted. In fact, all I see is a folder/directories list, no files. Could you recheck that it uploaded in the correct place?

What was your cPanel username and site url? When was the last time you saw your site online?

Did you sign up through the cloudflare link from cPanel?

Go to the Simple DNS Zone Editor in your cPanel and add the cname there, too. Let's see if that works.

Hmm...I used to be able to see a list of account actions, but that's changed so I don't know if your domain name change has gone through yet. Your account is not currently suspended so your unsuspension request has gone through already.

Unfortunately, there's no eta on how or when the ftp connections for your country will be opened again, so it's advised to just use your cPanel's file manager for now.

Per section 8 of the TOS that was agreed to create the account says that permanently suspended accounts forfeit all the contents of the account. Per section 6 also says that backups were the owner's of the account complete responsibility.

Log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and click to look at the current suspensions on your account there. There should be a link or button to unsuspend yourself from there.

Are you able to login through your cPanel to use the file manager instead?

Are you trying the login to cPanel button from your account panel? If so, try updating or changing your password through your account panel, then try to login to cPanel again using the button for it.

Unfortunately, there isn't an eta on a way to bypass this. Are you still able to login through your cPanel? If so, I recommend that upload your site's files through there if you can.

Could you post the specific error message you are getting when you try to connect through ftp?

Did the cloud turn orange in your cPanel?
