When was the last time you saw your site online? And what was your cPanel and server name?

It's probably an error on their end, either with their computers or their ISP. I myself am using windows 7 and have no problems with it.

Try logging into you account panel with the email address you used for your hosting account and your cPanel password. (I see that the account panel login page still asks for email or username.) I hope that logs you in and you'll see no forum account associated with your hosting account...

Have you gone to see if that file paper_tor.jpg exists in your public_html directory? If you see it, make sure the file name is all in lowercase letters. By the way, your forum page loaded fine for me. Have they emptied their browser cache and flushed their DNS on their computers yet?
