Unfortunately, you agreed to the terms of use when you signed up for an account. This is part of the zero tolerance policy. Your account will remain suspended and then deleted in 10 days.

Click on the program, click on the link that says "New installation", fill out the following form (post back with questions that you don't know what to put there), click on step two, click on step three and type in your email address at the bottom at the end of installation to send the details...

Just go to where you bought the domain. Usually at the site where you buy your domain, you have an account to log into and can change various settings. Change the nameservers there.

Hmm...that weird. I see the dots at the end on here http://www.whois.net/whois/pravrodkom.ru I just now did a search on my own domain and it doesn't have dots at the end. Because you don't have the ending dots where you entered the nameservers, then that can't be what's wrong. Sorry.

Go to your account panel and find the reason for your suspension. https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php Post back here if you can unsuspend yourself or not.

I can see first off that the nameservers are incorrect. Take off the "." at the end of both nameserver entries and then see if it can find the servers after that.

Use the new domain as an addon domain. It'll create a subdomain in your account, but it should work by going to the domain as if it's a separate website.

You'll need to delete the current nameservers from your domain name, and then put ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com there instead.

Go to your control panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, click to view your hosting details and then see if there is a suspension on your account.
