If your IE version is less than 11 then chances are it wont work....ever. Use IE v11 if you really need IE. Try other browsers to confirm that the movies are valid QT files.

If FTP is giving you problems and it's urgent... ZIP up the files locally that you want to upload, so they now are all in a single file. Then upload the zip file via the online file manager. Then use the menu option to "unpack" the zip file.

Perhaps try a FTP client. Filezilla is a very good FTP client that can connect to your web files. cpanel can be buggy. Check your webspace allowance too.

Need the log from filezilla. In filezilla settings enable logging to a file and then login in. Copy the results from the log to here.
