Would a poll that focussed on finding out what people actually use on cpanel help? For example I use the File Management, Fantastico, AWStats mostly. That might make it possible to provide alternatives to cpanel which could overcome the present problems.

I've used / use Avast, Kaspersky Anti Virus, SpyBot, Ad aware, Zone Alarm. Kaspersky is good, but needs repaairs now and then with XP.
