Hello, The only database I have of yours is 'samsungf_hesk'. I have placed the .SQL file in your /home/samsungf directory. You can recreate that database and import it via phpMyAdmin.

Just readd the MySQL user yourself and you should be all set. That will also fix the error on your domain.

I checked your file and the MySL databases were missing. We've had a few bad backups throughout the case, some people have missing files and some have missing everything. We do our best to check for backup integrity but in a large scale enviroment like we have a few errors are bound to happen.
