AirTran Virtual Website Being Locked Again

If you mean that it needs to be reviewed by a human prior to suspension, it was; I'm going to have to erase the file when I lift the suspension to prevent the page from going live at all, but if it were to come back we won't be able to lift it a third time. Are you ready for me to lift the...

    Hosting Account Space Upgrade

I'm showing the current disk usage as this: Bear in mind that both access-logs and www aren't actually files, hence the 0; they shouldn't be removed either, but the Moodle install does look to be what's using up the most data.

No problem, let us know when you're ready for the unsuspension.

AirTran Virtual Website Being Locked Again

This one was a separate compromise for a chase.com phishing page that ended up on the account, probably from the same compromise that had caused the last suspension but wasn't closed. I'm able to lift the suspension once more, however all the files on the account would end up being moved to...

My addon domain redirecting somewhere weird

@creativ6: Yours has been resolved and is now pointing to the correct server again. You may need to clear your DNS cache in order for it to clear up on your local system though. @moderat2: I'm working yours in its own topic, but yours should be fixed shortly as well.

    Website Issue

Yours should be fixed; you may need to flush your DNS cache to get it fully repaired on your local system however.

    Website Issue

I'm investigating yours as well as the other one you saw and replied to earlier; it's taking some time to identify exactly how this issue occurred and to get it resolved.

My addon domain redirecting somewhere weird

I'm trying to contact admins for some assistance on this one; the domain is pointed to a premium account, but I need to identify first and foremost why, and how to go about fixing it. Assuming someone on premium has it added as an addon or parked domain, I'm not sure how to go about verifying...

Do you have a premium account hosted with us at all?

    Subdomains not working

That is because the domain "newous.com" and "gamenewous.com" are currently attached to a prior account (presumably of yours, since you're posting from the forum account that's linked to that account) that was permanently suspended due to repeat compromises placing the security of the server at...

    Hosting Account Space Upgrade

Only change to note socialc6, didn't need cpanel username - he's posting from the right forum account, so we can actually view it from the backend we had set up :) javiera: I've applied the upgrade; the account should now be on the unmetered plan.

Welcome; with any luck the folks specifically trained for premium can get the credentials recovered and assist further. Please read the rest of the topic; there -is- a folder called public_html on both his premium and free account. I'm closing the ticket to prevent further off-topicness to...

Strange problem with "Unsuspending" my account

Try running "ipconfig /flushdns" from a windows command prompt, then restart the browser, THEN try loading the page. If the DNS is cached on your PC, this will clear it.

Strange problem with "Unsuspending" my account

Just to add onto this, the original cpanel account "hellersd" was terminated on October 9th 2013 after remaining in an inactivity-suspended state for over 21 days. When this happened, all data present was terminated, as it was seen as a sign that you no longer wanted the hosting account (there...

Unfortunately not; backups are the user's responsibility, and once suspended we're no longer able to provide backups:

    Account Suspended

As the dispute had detailed, with the severe performance degradation caused and that our Terms of Service explicitly forbid autogenerated content, the suspension cannot be lifted; it is permanent. At the time I had actually issued the suspension, this account alone was responsible for sending...

    Account Suspended

The appeal was answered; it was denied due to the presence of an autoblogging plugin installed to your Wordpress account, which is forbidden under our current Terms of Service. It was also witnessed using 100% of 5 cpu cores for an extended period of time, which caused severe performance...

Right now the premium client area's down as WHMCS had an exploit released for it apparently; we're waiting for a security fix to go through. I'd recommend emailing support [@] x10hosting.com which is where we're directing premium customers to for the moment. The one thing I'd suggest trying...

Nope, the "testing see if this is working" file is the one on the free account; there wasn't actually one on premium (I just added one that says "WELCOME TO PREMIUM! -Livewire"). What url are you using to login (NOT cpanel name/pass, just the url)?

That explains part of it; can you try running "ipconfig /flushdns" without the quotes in a windows command prompt, then try logging in with the info they sent in the welcome email? My guess is it's still got the old IP cached so it's connecting you to your free account instead of the paid one...
