You would need a VPS if anything, to do what you are trying to do if I am not mistaken. With a VPS you get your own disk space allocated to you, as compared to having Unmetered storage. Best check over the ToS however.

What exactly are you trying to mail out? Some sort of attachment? That almost seems like it is being caught for spam before it is sent out by the mail server.

No can do. Shell Scripts are zero tolerance suspensions. These ones cannot be lifted since often, Shell Scripts are used to break into the servers. I don't think we have seen a legit reason for use of these scripts on a Free service.

Does your ISP by any chance block Port 25? You'll know if they are since Outlook would be configured to use an alternate port for SMTP instead of the default of 25. Some ISPs, such as the ISP I use (Verizon) block Port 25 to combat spam. What is the error Outlook is giving you?
