If you're getting them in gmail, go back into gmail and edit the account, there is a setting there to leave a copy on the original server. By default, once gmail gets the email from the pop3 server, it deletes it.

I think it tells you the problem there.. Basically, you cannot use the username of "russ" and then have a password of russisthebest.. A password cannot have the username as part of it.

Shouldn't be terminated for not logging in, You can go up to a year without logging in, that being said, if you do get an email about not logging in, do not ignore it, let a staff member know so they can check on it. But, yes, you can still be terminated for other reasons which you may violate...

The inactivity scripts do truly do alot.. If they didn't use it, there would be no room for new accounts, i've seen x10 when the scripts havent been run in a while, it's not pretty. Email reminders now, however? You guys are getting too soft! It was much better when the reminders did not go out.

As for the TOS, I went through most of my staff career without fully reading it. It's basic common sense, But, neverless most people in our world lack it.

Norton WebSafe? LOL. It never fails to amuse me what useless junk people will buy to keep them 'safe and secure'. Just some suggestions to anyone using it, It's no better than the free stuff.. Norton is evil. Try uninstalling it. ;)
