Can you login to cPanel? If so, its the same username and password, might also try adding an ftp user from within cPanel, and trying that. it's case sensitive.

Inside of cPanel, you'll see the server it's on, i.e. stoli, absolut, etc.. you can use http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 for cPanel, or http://stoli.x10hosting.com/~username for the site.

Yeah, when that feature came around, it was meant to help out some, not make packages better than the paid hosting. If you're that serious about hosting, go paid, the servers are more reliable.

the ftp host is your website address minus the http:// part, i.e. br1okma.x10hosting.com and you login using your cPanel (Hosting) info.
