FTP Info is as follows: hostname: Your website address minus the http:// part, i.e. russ.x10hosting.com login and password is the exact same as your cPanel login and password.. if that don't work, create a support ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com so that staff can handle it.

Go into cPanel, locate the logs section, look at the error log and paste what it says here.

Actually, with the new site and all the policy was changed. You may have more than one account now, just don't go crazy with it, and understand violating tos with one site could get them all removed.
