When improving things why would somebody remove the good stuff? There's no sens in disabling credit system so no, it's not disabled for good. It's just not implemented in the new vB4 yet.

Use "margin:0 auto;" to center elements on the page. By the way I recommend you make separate .css and .js files for your CSS and JavaScript code instead of putting everything in your HTML file. It's always good so separate layout, style and scripts so you don't end up confused every time...

The only thing that's not looking professional is your domain name cos it's co.cc. It really looks like a serious book store website.

There's a problem when viewing the page on 1680x1050px resolution cos your many, submenu and search box are not centered like the rest of the site breaking your layout. If you don't have that resolution available juts zoom out the page in your browse and you'll see.

Using XML is ok if you have a small gallery with hundred or so pictures. For bigger ones I recommend MySQL cos XML would be a lot slower. If you want a flexible gallery than you have to use PHP. Just thinks about it. You need a script for uploading, a script to dynamically create thumbnails...

PHP+MySQL for beckend script and AJAX (jQuery) for display and interactivity. That's the ideal combination for more then just a photo gallery ;) If you need a static gallery then you don't need PHP and MySQL.
