I have verified this problem... it has to do with our remote web servers. We will try to figure out a solution in the next day or two.

I have put a file called 'test.php' on your account, this file uses php sendmail to send a test email. I have just executed it via the web and I received the Email fine (we use gmail). You can edit this test script so it has your Email address in it and do a test send. All I can do is verify...

Make sure you create a database user, do not use your cPanel user name as the user.

Can you try removing and re-adding the forwarder? It's possible it was not restored correctly.

Make sure your permissions are not set to 777, they need to be 755 or below.
