Also loads fine here. The default page you're speaking of only shows up would stay cached on your computer from when this did not work. I'm not sure why proxies you used by I also tried one and it works fine.

It should no longer show a suspended page. To fix the login issue, login to the account panel at https://x10hosting.com/control and reset your password.

Your .htaccess file causing it. I have commented out the lines in it, please clear your temp files, cache, and restart your browser.
