You do not have to post to keep your account active, you only have to login at least once every two weeks.

You will need to wait anything up to 72 hours for the changes to take effect (It's usually no longer than 24 hours)

All you need to set is the Nameservers. Leave the rest blank. Then add the domain to the Parked Domain section in cPanel.

To remove it just delete all the files in public_html (excluding cgi-bin), then go and delete the database.

The hosting account 'jbswaff2' is linked to the Forum account 'jbswaff'. If you login to the Account Panel and the Forums using 'jbswaff' it should work. If you would prefer we can switch the linked accounts around.

Stoli's hard drive is probably nearly full, I'll see if I can get an Admin to clear up some space.

The static plan does not come with any databases. If you want to use MySQL you will either need to upgrade to one of the other Ad-Enhanced plans (You can do this from the AMP), or request that your account is deleted and then sign-up for the Ad-Free plan.

The account 'borojim' is linked to the Forum account 'Borojimmy'. This Forum account has a different E-Mail address to the on that your Forum account is registered with. This leads me to believe that you are not the owner of the account you are trying to get deleted.

The only way to reset and account is to delete it and for you to sign-up again. If you have your own backup of your site you should just be able to re-upload your files, but we do not keep backups of Free Accounts.
