SFTP is only allowed for Paid users.

You cannot run cron jobs more than once every 5 minutes, you will be suspended if you try. It may be possible to use a PHP Cron Alternative (If you are interested I could try and find the URL), but this would require that you get at least one hit a minute to make sure the script runs.

Ignore the fact that it says 'Ad-Enhanced', just enter your username. The Forum and cPanel/Hosting accounts are separate (Hosting and cPanel are the same thing).

Did you create a MySQL user in cPanel, and did you link the MySQL user with your database. (Note: You will need to create the database in cPanel before your can use it).
