Try using 'php-cron ...' instead.

That can't be your cPanel username. It is too long, cPanel usernames have a limit of 8 characters.

Account Unsuspended. You need to change the default (Welcome...) page as soon as possible. I believe e-mail notification of suspensions is being planned. There is no list of suspension reasons, but read through the TOS you can be suspended for breaking any of those rules.

That is what we are doing, removing users that have been abusing the servers.

If you let people sign-up and use it then it definitely isn't allowed. However I'm not sure about if you keep it private so that you are the only user. I'll try and find out for you.

We are not doing it on purpose, and we are doing all we can to keep it stable. It doesn't help that we have thousands of users on the servers are some of them are abusing the servers causing them to slow done or crash.

The Domain is working fine so it's not that that's the problem. Where did you upload your index page to? All your website files need to go into the public_html folder. You will need to deleted the default 'index.html' file.
