The 'image hosting' rule only applies to mass file hosting like photobucket where people can just upload anything. The site you are planning to create does not fall into this category and so it'll be fine.

That is the Operating System that the Servers are using (Not your computer). All our servers run Linux (CentOS).

The server's time at the moment is 2:25 PM. The server's time zone is 'New York'. Yes, you can run the script every hour, or even every 5 minutes to check that it is working.

The way that our firewall is set-up it blocks the server status scripts so it reports MySQL as down when it is not. MySQL is currently up and running on all the free servers.

Your PHP version will not affect this, and resetting your account won't help. It is something in the script that is causing the problem. Is there a new line or a space at the top of the file?

This is a problem with you script not the x10 Servers. Basically your script is outputting information to the user's browser before you call the session_start() function. session_start() need to be right at the top of the script. *Moved to Programming Help*
