Won't work, cause phpmyadmin is restricted to your cpanel username/pass; I believe you that it's there, I'm just saying there's only the one db in the actual sql server. I'm not surew hat the others are from.

I can't see phpmyadmin from where I am, but there's only one db that has your cpanelname actually prefixed; I'm not sure what the other ones are, but I did forward this to an admin. He's AFK so I'm not sure if he'll see it soon but it's an odd one.

Fixed, your .htaccess got owned by Root somewhere in there, I reset it to be owned by you.

You don't have an index page, and indexing isn't enabled, so it 403's since there's nothing there to display. You can either set up a redirect in the .htaccess, add "Options +Indexes" to it, or upload an index file to public_html so there's something to show.
