The full news update was posted semi-recently, but after you made your ticket:

Assuming you do end up getting upgraded, the system reverts back to Unmetered.
Edit: Updated my link, I had the wrong one...
Your site currently doesn't follow the TOS:
Currently 592mb of your disk space (pretty much all of it) is being used for the illegal distribution of said mp3's. You have 24hr to remove them to bring the account back in line with the TOS or it'll end up being suspended.
I'm also aware that'd...
I missed the reply on this one, my bad.
The majority of the content itself would normally need to be in english; that said as long as the PRIMARY content is, it should still be okay. You'll still want to make sure your users -are- staying within the TOS otherwise though; if they post warez...
It's still showing the page at http://skun.x10.mx/v-regiment.pl/ in polish. The content can be available in polish, but there has to be an english/spanish/french version for the content as well, and I don't see an option to change it to english on that page.
Dunno how but some of the default zone records went AWOL on your account; I hit Reset on them and it's loading fine once again.
Thankfully no actual account data should be missing or compromised :)
Your account has never been suspended; did you get a message along the lines of "Resource Limit Hit!" ? If so, did you read the details of the message?
Edit: If it's due to the 403 forbidden, you don't actually have a site uploaded, so the system throws a Forbidden cause indexes haven't been...
Reset your password ASAP through x10hosting.com/control - we NEVER ask for your password, and because of free hosting tickets going to the forum first, you just exposed your password to everyone.
Under no circumstance -ever- should you give your password out. Period.
As for the login attempt...
The site is in Polish with no available translation to English, Spanish, or French however, which is required by the TOS. As such, the account doesn't currently follow the TOS, which prevents the limits from being lifted.
You're more than welcome to fix the translation problem and re-request...
Fix'd; for this one I followed the directions under 1.2 "Edit functions.php" ( http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL ) - I returned the functions.php file back to pre-modification though so it won't conflict with updates or anything later.
If it would happen again you can use the...
Give me a few minutes and I can have this fixed; I just did it for a user on IRC last night :) There's a "back-door" that involves modifying a theme file for about 30 seconds and it'll force-update the database to the right domain.
Edit: Clarification on the "back door" - it requires access...
That's the right IP, my guess is it's taking time for the DNS cache to actually update at some trace locations given that we've recently done chassis swaps on some of the servers, so the IP's have changed. 69.175.121.66 is boru, but at Network-Tools they think it's server.justica.info when it's...
Doesn't matter, cause it worked here, and unfortunately that also means I discovered the packet flooding and php shell scripts on your account.
You have now been permanently suspended, with no further access permitted.
