how to monitor the speed in the router?

Does your router have support for Quality of Service, and does it allow you to select profiles for each Port/Interface? Splitting the speed equally would normally be done in ideal conditions, but it isn't going to be exactly even. QoS can help to at least prevent one system from dragging down...

    Great hosting. and a suggestion.

The issue with the top of the forum is a known issue with lower resolutions/higher DPI values. I know for sure it will tend to do that on Netbooks and other smaller screens running a resolution of 1024x768 or lower on the default Windows Font DPI. For now the only work-around that should allow...

    Why no logs?

The reason Hit logs are not found in cPanel is due to the fact that the server that runs cPanel, is not the same server that handles HTTP requests for your site. It is also the same reason the Error Log doesn't work in cPanel.

    Suspended

The suspension reason states that Nulled software (software, generally pirated and prevented from phoning home) was uploaded and discovered. This is a zero tolerance suspension and as a result, the account will remain suspended.

    Cant get access to cPanel

Boru might have been under heavy load earlier, though I am able to connect to your cPanel without an issue on my end. If it is still down, try using the Alternate address for cPanel, http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082 . If that is still not working and you cannot reach your site via it's domain...

    Can not open sayt

Check your file permissions to make sure nothing is set to a CHMOD of 777. Due to security reasons, 777 File Permissions cannot be used. For Files, set permissions of 755, and for Folders set permissions of 644. You can check and change these using an FTP client, or through cPanel's File Manager

Error: Unable to connect to MySQL server. MySQL reported: Too many connections.

That website isn't hosted by x10Hosting, so there isn't much I can really do in regards to solving their MySQL issues. Anyhow, MySQL is a Database Engine so to speak, which stores information for a website. For example, this forum uses MySQL databases to store posts, user accounts, and basically...

64MB is the maximum file size that can be uploaded to the server for a single file. Anything bigger will be rejected. That's all it simply means.

    Server Down

Your server's been online, and your site comes right up when I try to load it. Can you try performing a trace route to your website and posting it up? That should show where the problem, if any may lie.

    down?

On an Internet connection that is unable to visit the website, please perform a trace route to your website, "rqs.x10.bz." If you are running Windows on your computer, open up Command Prompt (Either via Start > Run > type cmd and press Enter or by searching for "cmd" if you use Windows Vista/7)...

Server Starka IP: 69.175.120.122 is not responding.

Starka's been under a DDoS lately. Staff are already aware of the issues Starka's been having as a result of the DDoS. Anyways, Starka is online and serving up requests, so try it again.

    Moodle

Probably because it is using up a good chunk of resources. A staff member can check the logs to see what is triggering the suspension (down to the file generally), but what you should first do is to check to make sure any caching or AJAX functions of the software are turned off. They can use a...

Probably. For the most part, the only outbound ports that the firewalls allow are the standard HTTP ports, such as Port 80.
