Go to Start > run or Start > Search bar (if running Windows Vista/7) and type in services.msc . Once there, shut down the Automatic Updates service. See if the svchost.exe memory usage drops.

Your site is working fine here. Be aware that when you change your domain, it can sometimes take a few hours to complete.

It can be done via your account panel. Once logged in, choose Change Domain under the Hosting section. From there it should be pretty straight forward.

Sending mail isn't disabled, however in the past there have been issues with Free Hosting's mail and certain e-mail services such as Hotmail Blacklisting the free servers due to abuse by some people spamming. I'm not sure if these blacklists are still up, but it's worth a shot to check your...

The issue with phpMyAdmin is that it seems to be very sensitive to any type of load on the MySQL server. It's rather time of day, if you'd want to put it that way. It can be cleared up by waiting, obviously but it would probably require some work by the admins to deal with the load issue.

I'll unsuspend the account for you. It's possible the Installation itself bumped up against the Resource usage limit. A staff member can check the logs for you if you'd like to see what exactly caused it.

It's possible the MySQL server or perhaps the Free Hosting server you are on was under load. phpMyAdmin would normally slow down as a result, but it should never take 2 hours to open a database. Give it another go. If it's still not working as of right now, please let us know.
