You should be able to either use mcpccinfo.x10.mx as the ftp host, or if that doesn't work, use starka.x10hosting.com; your cpanel username/pass double as the ftp username/pass in both cases.

Wasn't posted in status, there was a coding error in the backend that was resolved sometime last night it looks like. That error's the generic error from when we intentionally close support, which we haven't had to do in a while.

Loads fine now, forwarded a log report to admins so we can see if we know why it spiked like that.

Load is way high on the server, it's getting better now though, still looking into why it spiked so bad.

Looks like Stoli's been updated to the Litespeed setup we had on Lotus/Starka; Litespeed itself doesn't do directory listing apparently, so it just displays a blank white page. That said, if you check around the web, there's bound to be a free directory-indexing script out there somewhere.

Hotmail claims they don't blacklist us, and yet this happens way too often for them to not be blacklisting us... Add the email you're sending from on x10 to the addressbook on hotmail, and then try it again. The last user who had the same problem was able to receive the emails once we were in...
