Where are you getting that error? I fixed the other one but that error makes it sound like it's not trying to login.

Fixed it for you; you had created the database and the user, but never actually assigned the user to that database with all permissions. I did that step since you did have the rest all set up already :)

There's no account with that url; if it was more than 14 days ago when it got suspended, the system would have queued it for automatic termination. Once terminated we can't recover the account or any of the data within it sadly.

Checked with higher ups, the error comes up when you've hit the cpu usage cap for the hour between all the processes. That either means the site is extremely popular, that the code is very intensive and needs to be streamlined if possible, or both.
