Don't know if it's case sensitive but your cpanel username is wabba1 and password the one you got. If that doesn't work and I know, when you get signed up you're eager to start right away give it 24 hours or so and try again. After that time if it STILL doesn't work then open a support...

You should be able to do it yourself. Login at http://www.x10hosting.com/panel.php and find it on the links there for suspension/unsuspension and follow through there.

Have you been into your account panel to do it? http://www.x10hosting.com/panel.php To be fair like, I'm not actually sure where it is since the new system was put in place but Corey says it should be possible to unsuspend yourselves now.

It seems you have forgotten to actually park your domain. In your x10hosting cpanel, login and look for the park domain link and follow the instructions on that page. It may, or may not change straight away for you but if it doesn't change after 24 - 48 hours then you will most likely...
