Moving this to level 2 support so a admin can remove the dns entry. You also need to change the nameservers at your registrar to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com.

There is no way to reset the cpanel username. Like TechAsh said. Please login to the account management panel -> http://x10hosting.com/login using your forum username "longfeng" and the password for the x10hosting forums. From the panel you can change the cpanel password.

You cannot change your cpanel username. But if you log into the hosting account management panel -> http://www.x10hosting.com/login using your forum username and password. You will see your cpanel username and be able to change the password for it.

Are the Perl files in the cgi-bin and chkmod'd to 755 ?
