I do not see any problem with the server or your account. Currently i have been able to successfully log into your cPanel and PHPMyAdmin, please clear your cache, flush your dns and try again.

There is an issue with the server you're on. It decided it'd update itself even with automatic updates set to off. Unfortunately we cannot stop the update in its process otherwise it will corrupt the install and break the server.
Once the install/update is finish it'll work okay again.

We mean the IP that zencart uses to install. Zen cart uses a IP address to connect on port 80 to update/do other installation things. We would need to add that IP to our firewalls allow.
