Like i said it is terminating unused accounts. When it removes all of the unused accounts the server will become more stable.

I have a server alert system. If it was down for a half hour i would have heard an alarm after 5 minutes. I have only had one alarm today and that was for a completely different server than the one you are on. It is also terminating accounts on your server. These accounts are what is making...

It's not every 10 minutes. It is deleting unused accounts. To make the server more stable.

It does a graceful restart to add new accounts. Graceful restarts are not downtime since it only last for less than a minute. It has to do this in order to have vhost entries added to the httpd file.

Since this issue has been taken care of i will close this thread. You should be able to use the first url as well. I would suggest keep checking and use the second url until it does work.

You will receive two emails. Once saying you have been accepted and then one more saying you have been upgraded.

When did you create this subdomain? Is can take up to 24 hours for the php upgrade to intermediate.

If anyone has paid for the upgrades and received the email saying it has been upgraded and you do not see the changes. Please PM Corey or I with the invoice number and your name and we will make sure we get it fixed.
