I don't think there's a need to submit a ticket for this type of problem. It's likely you won't be the only one affected by this and it just means more work for staff higher up when they've got a lot to do already. The only thing you can do is be patient and wait for it to come back on.

The server was down at that time - it is now working again. I believe that message is to do with the changes being made behind the scenes at x10Hosting.

Mike's right, Login at http://x10hosting.com/login and just down on the left hand side you're able to change the domain.

As I understand it (so it may not be fully correct), the new back up system basically takes a back up periodically of all the accounts and over time you are then able to choose which one you'd like to restore to. I've just looked into how to do this. I wasn't sure when I first looked at it...

You'll need to go to http://support.x10hosting.com/. This is unofficial support and there's nothing anyone else can do apart from staff members at the official support area.
