What is your cPanel username? The account that is linked to your Forum account does not exist.
"No Index" means that you do not have a index file in your public_html folder. You will need to create one.
You need to link your Forum and cPanel accounts together. You can do this be logging into http://x10hosting.com/login with your Forum username and password, then when it asks enter your cPanel username.

Yes, if you set-up the .co.cc domain to use the nameservers the it will remove the .x10hosting.com (Or whatever) bit. You won't be able to see that it is hosted here.
Try leaving the ISP box blank. I've never heard of a Domain Register who needs to know that.
The x10 nameservers will sort all that out, all you need to do is point the domain to our nameservers, and then set up the domain in the AMP.
Once you have bought a domain name (Or got a free one) you need to enter the x10Hosting nameservers which are:
