If the db is made under your account, you would be able to modify the rights any user has to the db, so I dont truely understand.

The problem appears to be in your config file you have said the db name is tikloos_smf1, where as, you dont have a database called that. Either you need to restore your database from a backup you last took of it, or, make a new one and tell SMF to install.

Perhaps the line with "../cssj/Layout.css" is your problem as the other page references it as "../cssj/layout.css" Unix servers are always case sensitive.

You would need to make a test PHP page to test connections to get the exact error as without it theres not much I can say other than mysql is running. Please confirm how you connect to your db, and try a test php page to connect to it, which outputs the error of why.

Its working here, it would appear to be a DNS issue somewhere.. diagnosing where however is not always easy, for example, it could be that for some reason somehow the dns servers you go to, go to somewhere else which couldnt get to us..

if you run windows from a command line do ipconfig /flushdns and clear your web cache Ive seen mention of a DNS issue but have not been able to speak to the person to clarify the entire issue, however, having never been to your site before and I get an IP chances are you have a cached IP

Your site looks OK to me, however, ifyou see "Domain available" logging into cpanel etc via the name wont work as you've picked up the generic IP catchall for names that arent registered. Please flush your dns and try again
